Refund policy

No returns or exchanges of items...all purchases are final. Please read item descriptions thoroughly and feel free to contact me if you have ANY questions before purchasing.

I inspect each item carefully before shipping and package items securely. If you do find a defect or item has been damaged in transit, please contact me within five days of delivery. Any reported damage requires clear photo proof including the package. You may need to present the packaging and damaged items in person to your local post office for verification.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If a Customer would like to cancel an order, the Customer must e-mail a request along with the order number. You may also use the contact form here: https://sheilarayyan.com/pages/contact
A 5% cancellation fee will apply. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. Custom and Special Order Items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
