SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments are sent via US Postal Service or UPS with Delivery Confirmation tracking when available. I try to get your order shipped out within 1-3 business days after your order is received. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your items have shipped. All items are packed to ensure they make it to you safely, but I cannot guarantee that it will not get damaged in transit. If you do receive a package and it is damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery date. Any reported damage requires photo proof including the package.
I am not liable for items that are mis-delivered or lost, although I'll gladly assist you in tracking it down.
Please be sure you have supplied me with your correct and current mailing address! Items return to me because of invalid addresses will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

No returns or exchanges of items...all purchases are final. Please read item descriptions thoroughly and feel free to contact me if you have ANY questions before purchasing.
